Agri Varadhi is intended to support genuine agricultural and agriculture-related activities.

Users should provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly, lawfully and respectfully.

You are responsible for the information you provide through your account, listings and communications.

The current Agri Varadhi platform is FREE TO USE for its standard marketplace features.

If paid services or premium features are introduced in the future, their pricing and applicable terms will be clearly communicated before a user chooses to use them.

Where an account is required, users must provide information that is reasonably accurate and current.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Never share your password or OTP with anyone.

You should notify Agri Varadhi if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Users may use Agri Varadhi to publish genuine agricultural opportunities, including:

• Sell
• Buy
• Rent Out
• Rent
• Offer Service
• Need Service

When posting, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• your information is truthful and reasonably accurate;
• you have the right to offer, request or advertise what you are posting;
• photographs and other content belong to you or you have permission to use them;
• your listing complies with applicable laws; and
• your listing does not mislead other users.

You should update or remove a listing when it is no longer valid or available.

Users must not use Agri Varadhi to publish or facilitate fraudulent, misleading, illegal, abusive or harmful activity.

This includes impersonation, scams, deliberately false information, unlawful goods or services, stolen property, inappropriate or abusive material, malicious links, spam, attempts to compromise another person's account, or content unrelated to the legitimate purpose of the platform.

Agri Varadhi may establish additional listing rules as the marketplace develops.

Listings may be reviewed before they become publicly visible.

Agri Varadhi may approve, reject, remove, restrict or request changes to listings where reasonably necessary to maintain the relevance, safety, integrity or lawful operation of the platform.

Approval of a listing is not verification, certification or endorsement.

Agri Varadhi's moderation does not guarantee the identity of a user or the authenticity, quality, price, availability, legality or suitability of a listed product, produce, equipment or service.

Agri Varadhi primarily helps users discover and connect with each other.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular Agri Varadhi service, agreements regarding buying, selling, renting, providing services, payment, delivery, inspection and other commercial terms are made directly between the users involved.

Users are responsible for evaluating the other party and deciding whether to proceed.

Prices and other commercial information appearing in user listings are provided by users.

Users should independently confirm the final price, quantity, quality, payment method, delivery arrangements and other transaction conditions before making a commitment.

Unless explicitly provided as a separate Agri Varadhi service, Agri Varadhi does not process, hold or guarantee payments between marketplace users.

Users should take reasonable precautions before completing transactions.

Agri Varadhi may enable users to contact one another through available contact options.

When you publish or use contact information through Agri Varadhi, you agree that it may be used for legitimate enquiries related to your listing or activity on the platform.

Users must not misuse another person's contact information for spam, harassment, unrelated marketing or other unauthorized purposes.

You retain ownership of content that you legitimately own and submit to Agri Varadhi.

By posting content, you give Agri Varadhi permission to host, store, display, reproduce and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote and improve the Agri Varadhi platform and display your listing.

You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to content you upload.

The Agri Varadhi name, branding, platform design, original content, software and other proprietary materials belonging to Agri Varadhi may not be copied, reproduced, misrepresented or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

User-owned content remains subject to the user-content provisions above.

Agri Varadhi may restrict, suspend or terminate access, or remove content, where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, repeated violations, unlawful activity, misuse of the platform, security concerns or serious breaches of these Terms.

Where appropriate, users may be given an opportunity to correct information or resubmit a listing.

We aim to keep Agri Varadhi reliable and accessible, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, technical problems, internet connectivity, third-party services, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.

Agri Varadhi provides tools for discovering and connecting with agricultural opportunities.

We do not guarantee that using Agri Varadhi will result in a buyer, seller, successful rental, service engagement, particular market price, income, profit or completed transaction.

Information and listings supplied by users should be independently evaluated.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agri Varadhi is not responsible for losses arising solely from transactions, representations, products or services independently agreed between users where Agri Varadhi is not itself a party to that transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Use of personal information associated with Agri Varadhi is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and protected, and the choices available to users.

As Agri Varadhi develops, these Terms may need to change.

Material changes should be communicated appropriately, and the latest version should always be available on the website with its effective or last-updated date.

Where legally or practically necessary, users may be asked to accept updated Terms before continuing to use certain features.

The appropriate legal operator identity, governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution details will be finalized following formal legal review.
